Agree On What We Need To Build

At the outset of a project, we mutually decide on the set of requirements as perceived at that time. That gives us a broad idea of the scope. We then break the scope into smaller pieces of work units (User Stories) and decide on the importance of each Story i.e. We ask you to decide which of those work units we need delivered before the others.

Your gain: This way, we are always building software that delivers the right piece of functionalities just when you need them.

Build In Short Iteration

As part of the Agile methodology we follow, we divide the complete work in short iterations typically of 4-6 weeks. At the beginning of each iteration, we mutually agree on a set of features to be completed as part of that iteration. At the end of each iteration,we deliver the agreed set of features as DONE (Developed,Tested,Deployable and Working).

Your gain: Every 4-6 weeks you get a working version of the software with critical features working.

Build What Is Important Now

We accept the reality that market forces and business dynamics can result in changed requirements or different priorities. Hence, we give you an opportunity to review your requirement and priorities at the beginning of each iteration. Together we are constantly in touch with what your business needs and what our software needs to achieve.

Your gain: At the beginning of each iteration, we get the opportunity to review your requirement and reprioritise, if needed. As a result, we are always building on what is important now; thus delivering real value to your business requirement.

You Decide When It Is Enough

Probably, this is where we are most unique. We give you the opportunity at any stage of the whole project to decide whether the set of features already Done is good enough for your business. If you feel that way, you can give us a smile and walk away with a working software that will make your business thrive.

Be In Touch With Your Project

You can ask us and we will provide you a daily/weekly report on our progress. You can track how we are progressing within each iteration and the overall project. We measure Velocity (speed with direction) of the project to determine the real progress of your project.
